How long does UK delivery take?
As a small studio practicing sustainable, small-batch production, we dispatch all orders from our UK workshop within 48 hours. Your package is then shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2-3 days), making our total delivery time 3-5 business days. We promise it’s worth the wait! You’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order every step of the way.
Will it tarnish or turn green?
Never. We use high-quality Stainless Steel with 18K Gold PVD plating. This is far more durable than traditional gold plating. No green necks, no fading—guaranteed.
Can I wear it in the shower?
Yes, go ahead! Our jewelry is engineered for daily durability with an 18K Gold PVD coating. It's water-resistant, sweatproof, and perfume-safe—so you can confidently wear it in the shower, at the gym, or running errands without giving it a second thought.
Does it come in a gift box?
Yes. Every piece is packed in our eco-friendly luxury box and a soft pouch. We don't include price tags in the package, so it's perfectly safe to send directly to your special someone.

What if she doesn't like it?
We want you to love your Solarc pieces. If it’s not the perfect fit, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. >
