RETURN & CANCELLATION PROTOCOL
Last Updated: June 2026
1. Statutory Rights & Evaluation Window At Solarc Objects, our operations are aligned with strict regulatory standards. In compliance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you possess a statutory right to cancel and return your acquisition within a window of 14 days from the physical receipt of your items. This evaluation period is provided to inspect the visual and structural composition of the specimens.
2. Eligibility & Asset Integrity To preserve the premium provenance of our collection, returned specimens must be verified against rigorous quality control protocols. To qualify for a standard refund, items must fulfill the following parameters:
-
The specimen must remain unworn, unaltered, and free from any discernible signs of wear or marking.
-
All official brand tags and tracking identifiers must remain intact and attached in their original configurations.
-
The item must be enclosed within its original, undamaged premium packaging (including the protective boxes and insert cards), which constitutes an integral component of the product asset.
Please note: Solarc Objects does not apply restocking or administrative fees for compliant returns.
3. The Hygiene Protocol (Pierced Jewelry) In accordance with UK health and hygiene regulations, pierced earrings are shielded within a tamper-evident Solarc Security Seal prior to dispatch from our forge. We decline to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any pierced jewelry if this Solarc Security Seal has been broken, compromised, or removed post-delivery. If the seal remains fully intact, the standard 14-day evaluation policy applies.
4. Reverse Logistics & Custody Transfer Unless a specimen is formally confirmed to be defective or incorrectly dispatched by Solarc Objects, all reverse shipping costs remain the primary responsibility of the Acquirer.
To ensure valid delivery verification, the use of a reliable, tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail Tracked) is required. The physical risk of loss and custody of the returned items remains with the sender until a successful delivery confirmation is registered at our authorized operational facility. Solarc Goods Limited assumes no liability for return parcels that are delayed, damaged, or lost within third-party postal networks.
5. Return Initiation Framework To ensure an organized chain of custody, returns must be executed via the following operational routing:
-
Notification: Transmit a formal request to archive@solarcobjects.com within 14 days of receipt, detailing your Order Number and the specific items intended for return.
-
Authorization & Routing: Upon verifying eligibility, our team will issue an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the precise coordinates of our Manchester operational facility. Do not ship parcels directly to our London registered corporate seat, as physical merchandise cannot be processed at that location.
-
Dispatch: You are requested to dispatch the authorized items within 14 days of receiving your RMA data. Parcels directed to our facilities without a valid, pre-authorized RMA will be declined and returned to sender.
6. Transit Damages & Inherent Faults Please review your specimens carefully upon arrival. To optimize the processing of transit-related insurance claims, we request that any instance of transit damage or incorrect delivery be reported to archive@solarcobjects.com within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear photographic documentation.
In strict adherence to the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a specimen is determined to possess an inherent manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, Solarc Objects will provide a full refund or replacement, and will cover all reasonable reverse logistics expenses.
7. Refund Processing Cycles Following the recorded receipt of your returned specimen at our Manchester center, the items will undergo formal technical authentication. You will receive an automated dispatch notification regarding the status of your assessment.
Upon approval, refunds are systematically initiated to the original payment method in GBP. This processing cycle is completed within 14 days of our warehouse receiving the physical goods. Final credit availability remains subject to the standard transaction cycles of your banking institution or credit card issuer.
