Refund policy

Overview We want you to love your Solarc Objects pieces. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility & Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original premium packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).

The Hygiene Exception (Non-Returnable Items) For strict health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings unless the item arrives defective or faulty. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on custom-made products, personalized items, or gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at archive@solarcobjects.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Solarc Objects cannot be held liable for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at our own expense.

European Union & UK 30-Day Cooling-Off Period In accordance with UK and EU Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt for any reason. The same eligibility conditions (unworn, original packaging) and hygiene exceptions (no pierced earrings) apply.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at archive@solarcobjects.com.
