Order Processing & Dispatch We engineer our operations for efficiency. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday, are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing the following business day. Once your piece leaves our London facility, you will receive a notification email with your delivery details.

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. Choose the speed that suits your needs at checkout:

• Standard Delivery (2 to 4 business days): Complimentary / FREE

• Priority Tracked (1 to 3 business days): £3.99

• Express Guaranteed (Next Working Day): £6.99

(Please note: While we ensure your pieces leave our facility on time, exact delivery dates are subject to Royal Mail network operations.)

Tracking Your Object If you selected a tracked service (£3.99 or £6.99), your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate. If your piece has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at archive@solarcobjects.com with your Order Number.

Secure Delivery Architecture Due to the premium nature of our pieces, we require a secure residential or business address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, parcel lockers, or mail forwarding services. Orders placed with these addresses will be paused until a valid address is provided.

Address Accuracy & Lost Packages The structural integrity of our delivery relies on correct input. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is exact at checkout. Solarc Objects is not responsible for misdirected packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the redelivery cost. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier, Solarc Objects cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.
