1. Logistics Hub & Processing Efficiency Solarc Objects operates exclusively within the United Kingdom. Our dispatch architecture is engineered for precision and reliability. Every specimen undergoes a strict manual inspection before preparation for transit. Orders are processed and transferred to our logistics network within 1 business day of acquisition confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a secure notification containing your Royal Mail tracking data.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Tiers We utilize a secure, fully tracked logistics matrix provided by Royal Mail. We decline the use of untracked postal services to maintain the structural integrity of your acquisition.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard Delivery): £4.20

    • Estimated Arrival: 2 to 6 business days from order confirmation.

    • Complimentary on all orders totaling £45.00 and above.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express Delivery): £4.70

    • Estimated Arrival: 2 to 4 business days from order confirmation.

(Note: The estimated delivery durations clearly encompass our 1-business-day internal processing period. Final delivery timing relies inherently on the operational parameters of Royal Mail.)

3. Tracking & Telemetry Every order is shielded by end-to-end tracking. Your Royal Mail tracking link will typically activate within 24 hours of formal dispatch. If your shipment remains static beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact archive@solarcobjects.com with your Order Number for a formal trace.

4. Coordinate Precision & Risk Transfer Acquirers bear the primary responsibility for providing strictly accurate delivery coordinates (Shipping Address) at checkout. Solarc Goods Limited is not liable for misdirected shipments resulting from incomplete or inaccurate data. If a parcel is returned to us due to address errors, all associated return processing and re-dispatch costs remain the sole financial responsibility of the Acquirer.

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the physical risk of loss and title for the specimens transfer to the Acquirer at the moment the courier provides a successful delivery confirmation (including photographic evidence) at your designated coordinates or an authorized safe location specified by you. To ensure a secure chain of custody, we do not dispatch to P.O. Boxes, BFPO addresses, or parcel forwarding nodes.

Data Stewardship Note: As a registered entity with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) holding a paid Data Protection Fee, we ensure that fulfillment data is processed in strict compliance with UK GDPR standards. Delivery coordinates are shared solely with verified logistics partners to execute this protocol.
