TERMS OF ACQUISITION

1. THE SOLARC ARCHITECTURE This digital archive and storefront are operated by SOLARC GOODS LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"). By navigating this space, interacting with our architecture, or acquiring our specimens (the "Services"), you, the Acquirer, agree to be bound by these definitive Terms of Acquisition (the "Terms"). Our globally distributed digital infrastructure is hosted by Shopify, providing the secure framework for our aesthetic delivery.

2. ACQUISITION AND COMMERCE When you submit an order, you are making a formal offer to acquire our hardware. An order is finalized only when we dispatch your confirmation. We reserve the sovereign right to limit quantities or elegantly reverse transactions in the event of clerical errors or inventory constraints. Prices for our specimens are subject to evolution without prior notice. Unless explicitly stated, posted valuations exclude shipping, handling, and potential domestic import duties.

3. THE SPECIMENS (MATERIAL INTEGRITY & HALLMARKING) We engineer our specimens using premium 304L stainless steel and 18K Gold PVD coatings. In accordance with the UK Hallmarking Act 1973, please be advised that our objects are crafted from base metals and do not bear UK hallmarks, as they are not solid precious metals. Industrial materials possess inherent metallurgical characteristics. Minor surface patina or micro-scratches developed through the daily usage of your "Armor" are considered an intrinsic part of the specimen's physical evolution, not structural defects.

4. FULFILLMENT & RISK OF LOSS Delivery estimates are strategic projections. In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, standard statutory fulfillment is capped at 30 days. The risk of loss and title for the specimens pass to the Acquirer exclusively at the moment of physical delivery to the coordinates provided. We partner with elite carriers (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked) to ensure precision in transit.

5. THE EVALUATION PROTOCOL (CANCELLATION RIGHTS) In strict adherence to the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you possess a 14-day evaluation window from the moment of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Specimens must be returned in their original, uncompromised architecture and packaging.

  • Hygiene Exception: For reasons of biological safety, pierced earrings cannot be returned if the Solarc Security Seal is broken, unless structurally faulty.

  • Logistics: The return transit cost for non-defective specimens remains the financial responsibility of the Acquirer.

6. INTELLECTUAL SOVEREIGNTY The entire Solarc architecture—including visual assets, typography, and our specific 19th-century currency engraving designs—is the exclusive intellectual property of SOLARC GOODS LIMITED. Unauthorized reproduction or imitation will be met with immediate legal enforcement.

7. SUBMISSIONS & FEEDBACK Any aesthetic feedback transmitted to us grants Solarc a perpetual license to utilize or refine such concepts without restriction or compensation.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & STATUTORY RIGHTS To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Solarc shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms shall limit your unyielding statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to specimens of satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose.

9. DIGITAL RENDERING & BUNDLE PROTOCOL

  • Visual Representation: Visuals may incorporate advanced digital rendering and AI-generated topographies. While environments are conceptual, the architectural hardware fundamentally reflects the physical specimen.

  • Bundles: Promotional bundle discounts are allocated proportionally across all qualified items. Any partial return of a bundle will be refunded strictly at the prorated value displayed in your cart summary at purchase.
