How long does UK delivery take?
As a small studio practicing small-batch production, we dispatch all orders from our UK workshop within 48 hours. Your package is then shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2-3 days), making our total delivery time 3-5 business days. Every specimen is worth the wait. You’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order every step of the way.
Will it tarnish or turn green?
Engineered to endure. Our PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process creates a high-density molecular bond, making the 18K gold-tone finish significantly more resilient than traditional electroplating. It will not react with your skin or turn green. While it bravely withstands daily wear, we recommend avoiding harsh abrasives to maintain its flawless luster.
Can I wear it in the shower?
Water Resistance. The Stainless Steel with 18K Gold PVD cladding is calibrated for daily hydro-exposure. However, to preserve the molecular integrity of the PVD lattice, minimize exposure to heavy industrial pool chlorine and concentrated chemical solvents.
Does it come in a gift box?
Yes. To support our curation protocols (The Architect's Triad), specimens are dispatched in our custom-engineered, FSC-certified ultra-thin slide-open box, enclosed in a 180gsm black card envelope. With a strict 17mm profile (under 21.5mm packaged thickness) and a total weight under 85g, it secures up to three items in parallel without overlap, fully optimized for Royal Mail Large Letter transit.
Can I add a personal message?
Inscriptions. Every message card is typeset with absolute typographic intention at our Manchester workshop, enclosed without additional fee.
What if she doesn't like it?
You possess a riskless 14-day evaluation window. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Note: Earrings are delivered in a vacuum-sealed, transparent enclosure with a tamper-evident security seal. Once the seal is fractured, the item is legally excluded from return protocols due to hygiene regulations (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015).
